Facial care 1-2-3.

Cleaning: choose a cleanser that does not leave your skin tight after washing. Clean your face no more than twice a day, or just once if you have dry skin and don’t wear make-up. Avoid washing to get that squeaky-clean feeling, because it means your skin’s natural oils are gone.

2. Serums: a serum with vitamin C or growth factors or peptides would be better in the morning. At night, retinol or prescription retinoids work best.

3. Moisturiser: Even oily skin needs a moisturiser, but use one that is light, gel-based and non-comedogenic or won’t block your pores, such as organic face wash. Dry skin may benefit from more cream-based moisturisers. Most brands label their products as gel or cream on their products.
